Our downtown client needs a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst to add to their dynamic Human Resources team. If you are a subject matter expert in both areas and can work with senior leaders in a variety of departments, then please consider this opportunity. Responsibilities:
- Administer and communicate health and retirement plans
- Coordinate and manage all tasks associated with open enrollment for benefits for medical, dental, 401K, COBRA
- Create and maintain salary surveys, variable pay, and incentive programs
- Partner with senior leaders on pay decisions, market pricing, and restructures
- Educate leadership on benefit plan features, eligibility, program policies, and procedures
- Analyze the impacts of programs on the workforce
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in benefits and compensation
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Professional designation in benefits or compensation a plus
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
