Our downtown client needs a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst to add to their dynamic Human Resources team. If you are a subject matter expert in both areas and can work with senior leaders in a variety of departments, then please consider this opportunity. Responsibilities:

  • Administer and communicate health and retirement plans
  • Coordinate and manage all tasks associated with open enrollment for benefits for medical, dental, 401K, COBRA
  • Create and maintain salary surveys, variable pay, and incentive programs
  • Partner with senior leaders on pay decisions, market pricing, and restructures
  • Educate leadership on benefit plan features, eligibility, program policies, and procedures
  • Analyze the impacts of programs on the workforce

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in benefits and compensation
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university 
  • Professional designation in benefits or compensation a plus
  • Strong communications skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
