Senior Finance Analyst

Palmer Group is working with a local candidate in their search for a Senior Finance Analyst. This individual will be responsible for financial oversight of communities as assigned, with an emphasis on budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and benchmarking. Responsibilities:

• Prepare comparisons of financial results across periods
• Lead and direct monthly forecasting of future results with the operations team
• Monitor and prepare financial information for statutory or regulatory filings
• Participate as part of the project team in communicating results to leadership
• Prepare analysis and forecasts
• Lead and direct monthly forecasting of future results with the operations team
• Analyze financial results and operating impact

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 4+ years of related experience
