Senior Financial Analyst

We’re searching for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our client’s finance team. This team is at the beginning stages of a significant transformation focused on bringing value to its business partners through reporting, analysis, and actionable insights. Responsibilities:

• Design and improve business tools, reporting, and operating models
• Align management reporting with operational priorities
• Perform various monthly analysis, reporting, and forecasting
• Participate in the annual forecasting process, including process improvements
• Guide the development of management performance reporting by working with operational leaders
• Obtain, clean, and structure data
• Maintain data to support analysis and reporting
• Support the development of metrics, key performance indicators, analysis, and forecasts
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness through the accounting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of related work experience 
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills
• Proficient with software including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and e-mail programs
• Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI is a plus
• Knowledge of financial systems and data structures
