Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A

Palmer Group is working with a client in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst. This individual will assist with the financial planning and budget processes by developing financial models utilized to create financial plans. Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements and data then present financial data using detailed reports and charts
• Assist with financial planning and budgeting processes 
• Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations
• Understand key business drivers and metrics, and provide financial guidance based on analytical processes performed 
• Maintain a strong focus on process improvement opportunities to increase the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the process
• Present findings to leadership and make recommendations based on financial and business results 

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields
• 4+ years of experience with financial analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
