Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial guidance to the Plant Manager on ad hoc financial analyses
• Perform variance analysis at the account and project level, focused on materially favorable and unfavorable variances
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting is completed accurately and timely 
• Assist in the continuous improvement related to the Business Intelligence tool for financial analysis and reporting
• Provide support for financial statement audit and tax requests
• Perform cash management
• Perform annual budget and monthly forecasting
• Assist with integration of newly acquired companies
• Review market trends and opportunities for the sale of bundled equipment sales
• Provide variance analysis for sales and margin performance versus prior year and budget/forecast, highlighting drivers of over- and under-delivery
• Perform root cause analysis for lost revenue
• Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 4+ years in a Financial Analyst or related role
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint
