Our client is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist/Payroll to improve the HR processes and initiatives to enhance overall business performance and capabilities. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post all payroll
- Identify trends, develop plans, and implement solutions
- Improve the HR processes and initiatives to enhance overall business performance and capabilities
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and complaints
- Establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
Requirements:
- College degree is preferred but not a must-have
- 5+ years of experience in the Human Resources field
- Excellent oral and written communication
- High attention to detail
- ADP payroll experience
Work Model:
- Hybrid
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
