Senior Investment Manager

Showcase your leadership abilities when you climb on board as the Senior Investment Manager. This position is responsible for executing all aspects of the investment process for new Real Estate investments in senior housing acquisition and development properties. This includes working closely with team members on all aspects of sourcing, underwriting, approval, due diligence, closing processes, and the hand-off to Asset and Performance Management. Responsibilities:

• Actively involved in sourcing and expanding access to investment opportunity flow by leveraging existing contacts and selectively building new networks and referral sources
• Cultivate and manage relationships with current and prospective partners, brokers, attorneys, consultants, and other industry contacts
• Manage resources of supporting internal teams in prioritizing and managing investment opportunity flow given  Real Estate investment strategy and external market factors
• Underwriting of Acquisitions & New Development

Requirements:

• 4-year degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, or a related field is required
  • Graduate degree (MBA; Masters of Real Estate) or further professional designations are a plus
• Previous commercial real estate experience is preferred
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis, asset management, investments, development, or acquisitions required
