Senior Manager of Quality Assurance

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance who is ready to share their talents and ideas with us. In this role, you will provide financial expertise to support the development, accounting, and capitalization of start-up or expansion projects. Responsibilities:

• Supervise, hire, evaluate, and set performance expectations and goals for team members
• Train, coach, mentor, and provide career development advice for team members
• Improve operating quality and efficiencies by developing and recommending changes and/or departmental policies and procedures
• Assist in responding to advanced requests
• Help resolve unusual or complex problems
• Act as a member of the Finance leadership team
• Partner with the Finance team to ensure continuous improvement to department skills and knowledge, processes, and efficiencies
• Ensure successful delivery of services and support and alignment with key stakeholders
• Present at meetings, conferences, and trainings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in not-for-profit accounting and reporting preferred
• CPA preferred but not required
