Responsibilities:
- Maintain and nurture client relationships in accordance with company standards
- Work cross-functionally with sales and operations to ensure a successful client experience
- Participate in planning and designing solutions for clients
- Provide internal and external communication to those involved in each project
- Train and mentor Project Manager and Project Engineers
- Create and ensure adherence to project timeline and budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering field
- 5+ years experience in HVAC, sheet metal, or related industry
- Experience in estimating, design, and project management
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
