Responsibilities:

• Oversee purchasing team and all purchasing activity
• Ensure budgets are met while securing all necessary materials in a timely manner
• Improve processes to maximize the effectiveness of purchasing team
• Communicate forecasts and findings to leadership
• Develop and coach staff
• Perform audits and negotiations of supplier contracts

Requirements:

• 4-year degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain management, and project management
• Ability to quickly make effective decisions and solve problems
• Highly focused on continuous improvement
• Creative mindset
