Our long-time client is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for the management, development, control, and oversight of a team of Talent Acquisition professionals. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage employees
  • Perform hiring, termination, promotions and transfers, employee development, assessing and completing performance appraisals, responsibility allocations and task completion, problem identification and resolution
  • Identify talent acquisition needs and create linkage with respect to organizational policies, processes and procedures
  • Coordinate programs, initiatives, and resolutions with the applicable business partners
  • Engage in the design and delivery of talent acquisition policies, programs and procedures to align the workforce with the talent and organizational culture
  • Spearhead and participate in activities in support of company initiatives 
  • Lead, mentor and train a team of talent acquisition professionals
  • Oversee the company’s talent acquisition strategy, policies, approach, and process
  • Lead recruitment activities for middle to senior level positions in all company locations
  • Plan and direct strategic recruitment initiatives to support and influence company growth by attracting a diverse and innovative workforce
  • Participate in talent acquisition strategic planning activities and make recommendations based on research, metrics and organizational factors
  • Maintain and facilitate partnerships with recruiting partners, agencies, platforms and vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition and human resources experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition leadership position
  • PHR/SPHR certification is preferred
  • Prior experience navigating and coaching managers in the hiring and decisioning process required
  • Experience identifying and leading process and workflow improvements required
  • Prior experience leading full cycle recruiting strategies required
  • Skilled at recruiting for accounting, finance, IT, sales, legal, compliance and other corporate functions
  • Experience recruiting for exempt and non-exempt professionals, in the life insurance and/or annuity industry and/or investment professionals is preferred
