Senior Tax Accountant

Palmer Group is partnering with a well-established organization in their search for a Senior Tax Accountant. We are searching for a candidate that is a natural leader and can bring 5+ years of experience to the table. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit income tax returns
• Prepare and oversee the monthly and annual preparation of financial statements for small businesses using Creative Solutions software, Quickbooks, and various other online accounting platforms
• Perform and supervise audits of local governments and school districts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience
• Additional consideration is given to those candidates with CPA credentials
