Senior Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Organize and plan equipment planning, purchasing, and installation, helping to evaluate what will be most effective and efficient for manufacturing capabilities
• Assist in the training and development of employees
• Establish methods for maintenance work, calibrations, adjustments, and best practices
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness of equipment, and work collaboratively to implement changes as needed
• Grow and develop team members
• Bring a full assembly line into production from conception through completion

Requirements:

• Technical degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Natural leadership and communication skills
• Passion for developing team members and improving processes
• Experience with PLC controls
