- Support the daily ticket que and working projects as assigned
- Support internal end users via email, phone, and in-person support
- Provide solutions for software and hardware technologies running on laptops and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot issues with Windows & Mac operating systems
- 3-5+ years of experience providing Tier 1 to 3 technical support
- Experience troubleshooting Windows & Mac operating systems
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Excellent technical, analytical, problem-resolution, interpersonal, and communication skills
- 7:30AM – 4:30 PM
