Responsibilities:
- Maintain and nurture client relationships per company standards
- Work cross-functionally with sales and operations to ensure a successful client experience
- Participate in planning and designing solutions for clients
- Provide internal and external communication to those involved in each project
- Create and ensure adherence to project timeline and budget
- Manage existing service contracts and optimize service delivery
- Lead equipment upgrade projects, ensuring safety and quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering related field
- 5+ years experience in project management
- Technical knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
