Superintendent

Palmer Group is assisting a client in filling an open position for a local construction Superintendent that will lead and manage the on-site construction team. This position will work with a strong pipeline of projects with new and returning clients in the metro. Apply today with interest! 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure success you should complete projects on time and within budget
• Lead and manage the commercial on-site construction teams
• Attend production meeting and coordinate and overseeing all work on site
• Review and become familiar with the schedule and budget, and ensure adherence to these
• Place orders for materials and is responsible for equipment and materials on site
• Ensure deadlines are met by following the project timeline

Requirements: 

• 5+ years experience working as a commercial or industrial superintendent 
• Strong ability to lead labor and prioritize tasks 
• Effective communicator
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 hour construction safety
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
