Do you have proven experience related to employee relations matters and strategic HR business needs in partnership with a manufacturing facility? Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to act as the primary Human Resources contact for Corporate complete cycle recruiting and support in their Rochester facility. Responsibilities:
- Lead talent acquisition in the hiring of all corporate positions
- Design robust candidate sourcing strategies by leveraging industry trends and competitive intelligence to develop a pipeline for key positions
- Identify and drive productivity improvements and deliver high customer service goals
- Ensure an excellent employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to expand our talent search
- Partner with our Marketing and Human Resource teams to implement best practices supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop training programs and new employee orientation content
- Perform outreach in support of community, diversity, and inclusion initiatives
- Analyze and tracks employee relations trends to proactively identify and address areas of opportunity and improve employee engagement
- Act as part of the local leadership team and provides guidance and HR consultation to business leaders
- Support Employee Relations and guidance in manufacturing environments; assists in answering employee questions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of working in an office environment (manufacturing experience preferred)
- 5+ years of applicable experience participating in Talent Acquisition and orientation/onboarding process, employee relations, and employee activities/engagement background
- Provided consultation to business leaders.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or other designation a plus
