Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Partner with talent acquisition, human resources, and company leadership to define talent needs
• Manage and maintain an active pipeline of talent
• Create and post job ads
• Identify recruiting strategies for assigned roles
• Ensure full utilization of technology such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Review resumes and schedule interviews
• Conduct video, telephone, and in-person interviews
• Consult hiring managers regarding recommendations
• Monitor background checks
• Extend and negotiate offers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate setting
