Tax Compliance Accountant

Palmer Group is partnering with our manufacturing and distribution client in their search for a Tax Compliance Accountant. Responsibilities:

• Manage sales and utilize tax compliance
  
  
• Manage all international tax compliance for our holding company and operating companies
  
  
• Responsible for the monthly financial reporting and accounting of our holding company
  
  
• Oversee all personal property and real estate taxes
  
  
• Prepare and file corporate income tax returns for all jurisdictions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field is required
  
  
• 3+ years of tax compliance experience
  
  
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
  
  
• Basic computer skills
• Microsoft Office experience including Excel, Word, and various other windows-based programs
