Tax Staff Accountant

Responsibilities: 

• Execute and support quality control procedures to ensure firm operations align with best practices
• Complete tax returns, financial statements, and other accounting-related tasks as assigned
• Evaluate business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial statements, and other required financial reports
• Collaborate with other department personnel by communicating effectively
• Implement firm procedures for identifying client opportunities 
• Evaluate departments plans with the department supervisor and adapt plans flexibly through daily practice

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other related programs or CPA certification 
• Experience in accounting 
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
• High level of customer service skills
