Technical Product Specialist

One of the fastest growing companies in the Dubuque area is looking for a Technical Product Specialist to add to their team. Responsibilities:

• Field communications with customers to resolve technical equipment issues
• Resolve equipment questions surrounding chemical products by working with clients 
• Work with other teams to complete calculations, product specifications, and best practices
• Analyze product performance and relevant data
• Be aware of competitions products and pricing
• Prepare cost proposals and estimates
• Attend product knowledge trade shows and events as needed

Requirements:

• 2 or 4 year degree in technical field, with a strong preference on Chemical Engineering or Chemistry (any technical degree will be considered)
• Ability to research issues and resolve complex problems
• Work across teams to help support and improve issues that arise
  
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
