Palmer Group is currently assisting a well-established and highly respected organization in the search for a Territory Sales Manager. This position collaborates closely with engineers, designers, landscape architects, contractors, agencies, and government officials to facilitate the development of solutions and specifications, offer technical support, and utilize problem-solving abilities to optimize product sales. Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional sales presentations both in-person and virtually, securing favorable specifications for our products
- Utilize CRM and various tools for prospect management, quoting, and team communication
- Formulate and execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive profitable growth and market expansion within Iowa and Minnesota
- Implement ongoing evaluation of pricing, distribution channels, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for the territory
- Provide recommendations for new product/service development and strategies to enhance market penetration based on thorough market research
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering
- 2-4 years of outside sales experience
Work Model:
- Hybrid
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00AM – 5:00PM
