Testing and Verification Engineer

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate pre and post-test functional testing of units undergoing testing 
• Update test monitoring software for use with new tools and devices
• Generate and complete documentation associated with product testing
• Coordinate lab tests, supplier tests, and government certification tests as required
• Design test procedures for electronic technicians to perform repairs
• Align, calibrate, and adjust equipment according to specifications
• Work with and communicate with all levels of management
• Collaborate with customers to provide support for the equipment we service

Requirements:

• Engineering degree
• 3+ years of experience related to hardware testing and verification 
• Experience in troubleshooting functional and integration test failures
• Prior team management experience 
• Experience with test methodologies, planning, execution, and reporting 
• Service-oriented and outgoing personality with a positive attitude
