This new leader will enjoy various strategic and tactical work in designing, planning, and implementing compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS programs. - Design and maintain a competitive compensation approach
- Lead annual benchmarking, conduct analysis, and make recommendations regarding compensation
- Deliver rewards and benefits programs
- Participate in annual open enrollment
- Support day-to-day administration and management of benefits programs
- Research, implement and analyze new benefit programs to further enhance offerings to employees
- Collaborate on communication strategies regarding Total Rewards
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of work experience in total rewards
- 1+ year of management experience
