We are assisting our growing West Des Moines client with their search for a Total Rewards Manager. This new leader will enjoy various strategic and tactical work in designing, planning, and implementing compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS programs. Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain a competitive compensation approach 
  • Lead annual benchmarking, conduct analysis, and make recommendations regarding compensation
  • Deliver rewards and benefits programs
  • Participate in annual open enrollment
  • Support day-to-day administration and management of benefits programs
  • Research, implement and analyze new benefit programs to further enhance offerings to employees
  • Collaborate on communication strategies regarding Total Rewards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of work experience in total rewards
  • 1+ year of management experience
