Treasury Management Officer

Our client is searching for an experienced Treasury Management Officer to join its team. With a strong understanding of commercial business, banking technology, and treasury services and a proven track record of leadership, the ideal candidate will help elevate this growing team. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Provide professional and technical support to clients
• Prepare customer agreements and maintain files
• Track information and monitor product usage to make recommendations
• Manage treasury documents for bank audits
• Train and coach internal personnel on the benefits of products and services
• Act as mentor and coach for the department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related fields
• 3+ years of Treasury Management experience
• Customer service or outside sales experience in the financial industry preferred
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) accreditation is preferred
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
