We are assisting our client in their search for a Trust Operations Associate. If you are ready to accurately process high-volume transactions, handle securities movements, and generate periodic reports, then this position may be perfect for you! Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process high volume and high-value transactions for the Trust & Investment Department, including processing payments, posting transactions, reconciling accounts, executing transfers, and tax preparation functions
  • Add new accounts and assets to the Trust & Investment accounting system
  • Maintains all existing accounts and assets in the system
  • Handle all securities movement, including cash-in and cash-out transactions
  • Generate and evaluate periodic reports
  • Respond to operational inquiries from trust officers, associates, and clients

Requirements:

  • Degree in accounting, economics, or finance; or equivalent experience
  • Proficient using Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent operational, organizational, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage and process complex operational work
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to specialized software applications
  • Strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and ethics
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and professionalism
