Vice President – Bank Operations

As the Vice President, you will oversee all accounting functions with a team of direct reports on retail and operations teams. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead retail and operations staff in all locations
• Oversee a team of 6 direct reports on the retail and operations teams
• Lead all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, and regulatory reporting
• Partner with Information Security Officer on all IT/ IS reports and audits
• Supervise deposit compliance and serve on the Compliance committee
• Act as BSA and SAFE Act Officer
• Assist Trust Officer
• Answer risk management and general management questions for staff 

Requirements:

• 4 year college degree
• 5+ years bank operations, accounting, or deposit compliance experience
• Ability to lead and manage all areas of bank operations
• Excellent problem solving, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to details
• Supervisory experience preferred

Work Model:

• On-Site
• 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday
• 8:30AM – 12:00PM on a Saturday rotation every 6 weeks
