Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train management-level human resources staff
  • Supervise the day-to-day workflow department in its entirety 
  • Perform timely and constructive performance evaluations
  • Oversee the discipline and termination of employees per company policy 
  • Keep current knowledge of laws, regulations, employment law, human resources, and talent management.
  • Participate in professional development and networking conferences and events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of non-profit experience 
  • 10+ years of HR experience with 5+ years of leadership experience
  • HR Certification PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is a bonus but not required

Work Model:

  • Hybrid
  • 8:00AM – 5:00PM
