Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train management-level human resources staff
- Supervise the day-to-day workflow department in its entirety
- Perform timely and constructive performance evaluations
- Oversee the discipline and termination of employees per company policy
- Keep current knowledge of laws, regulations, employment law, human resources, and talent management.
- Participate in professional development and networking conferences and events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of non-profit experience
- 10+ years of HR experience with 5+ years of leadership experience
- HR Certification PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is a bonus but not required
Work Model:
- Hybrid
- 8:00AM – 5:00PM
