Wealth Management Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage of team of representatives, providing coaching and motivation
• Oversee all aspects of staff development, including the selection, training, development, performance management, employee satisfaction, workflow management, and other assigned budget activities
• Assist with establishing workloads, standards, practices, and policies
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of new business for clearing firm and advisory business and ensure paperwork is complete
• Provide a principal review of new account applications and any included business within suitability guidelines

Requirements:

• College degree in finance preferred or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience
• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience
• Series 7, 24, and 51 are required
• Series 53 and 65, 66, CFP, ChFC, or CLU preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to train and develop staff
