Our client is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Supervisor to join their team. In this role, you will be a trusted partner in planning and growing clients’ assets while managing a trusted team. Fill out an application today if you are interested!
Responsibilities:
- Develop team members, including coaching and performance assessments
- Manage portfolios while actively growing book of business
- Educate and advise clients on financial products and services
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and prospective clients
- Administer trusts, estates, and investments
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures
- Oversee Trust team, including travel to multiple branches as needed
Requirements:
- Degree in finance, economics, management, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in financial services
- 5+ years of leadership at the management level
- Highly analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to help others achieve financial goals
