Our client is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead and supervise Maintenance Technicians. Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
What you will do:
- Support production activities by maintaining equipment and assisting in the upkeep of facility systems
- Manage the educational pay program for all maintenance technicians
- Collaborate with the manufacturing engineering team to lead preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Participate in product support teams to enhance equipment uptime
- Create or review purchase requisitions, ensure parts are ordered, track delivery status, and verify received items
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma
- 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/maintenance setting
