Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Thursday 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM
What you will do:
- Oversee hourly production employees under the supervision of the production manager
- Assist in leading and directing production tasks
- Handle employee coaching, training, and performance reviews
- Educate new employees on quality processes and work procedures
- Ensure production workers produce quality products that align with customer requirements
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisor role
