The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, and a proven track record in account management. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and products
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and work to expand the client base
  • Prepare and present reports on account status, client feedback, and revenue metrics
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

What you will need to be successful:

  • Insurance experience and knowledge of basic insurance principles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
