What you will do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for distributor accounts via phone and email
- Troubleshoot order issues, product questions, and job specifications
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding pricing, availability, and order status
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and a solutions‑focused approach
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with distributor partners
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell products based on customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate account records and communication logs in CRM systems
- Support distributors with product knowledge and basic technical guidance
What you will need to be successful:
- Previous experience in account management, customer service, inside sales, or distributor support
