Work Model:
- On-Site
What you will do:
- Oversee remittance and refund processes
- Manage accounts payable
- Handle vendor inquiries
- Manage 1099 process
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Assist with audits as needed
What you will need to be successful:
- Associate degree in accounting or a related field preferred
- 3+ years experience in accounting processes such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Knowledge of databases
- 1099 processing experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient organization and time-management skills.
- Strong technical abilities, including Excel knowledge and experience
