What you will do:
- Answer and transfer a high volume of incoming phone calls
- Greet incoming visitors and appointments
- Perform data entry
- Receive packages and deliveries
- Scan and distribute documents
- Provide support to the sales and delivery teams
What you will need to be successful:
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and dedication to success
- Professional written and spoken communication skills
- Commitment to outstanding customer service
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
