Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What you will do:
- Maintain and archive applicable site records
- Facilitate the updating of customer specifications
- Assemble and maintain applicable master and electronic files
- Work closely with the site personnel regarding the status of documents
- Follow the Corporate Document Control Process for the creation of new documents or revisions
- Make appropriate determinations based on the quality system and communicate variances to the appropriate personnel
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma
- Prior customer service experience
- Filing experience is a plus
