Administrative Assistant

Our client is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for their dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. Work model:

  • On-Site
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What you will do:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and property showings
  • Maintain and update client databases and property listings
  • Prepare and process real estate documents, contracts, and reports
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and website updates
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

What you need to be successful:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated
