What you will do:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, budget, and vision
- Sketch design options and present plans, costs, and timelines
- Develop detailed architectural plans with integrated systems
- Adjust designs based on feedback and project changes
- Support clients through contractor selection and construction
- Occasionally, visit job sites to ensure everything aligns with the design
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in architecture
- Active architectural license or pursuing licensure
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and design skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Adobe tools, Lumion, and Nscapes.
- Knowledge of construction methods and building codes
