What you will do:
- Administer benefits programs, including analyses, and serve as primary contact with benefits brokers, workers’ compensation, and retirement plans
- Ensure accurate and proper payment of wages and salaries across multiple pay frequencies
- Oversee all ACA reporting and stay knowledgeable of all regulatory changes affecting benefit plans
- Support all compensation planning processes
- Identify and incorporate new rewards programs, policies, and procedures to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and cost-effectiveness
- Manage HR analytics, reporting, and automation
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience with benefits management, FMLA, and payroll
- Experience working with HRIS platforms for benefits and payroll
