Responsibilities:
- Open, close, and maintain checking accounts, savings accounts, CDs, IRAs, ATM/Debit Cards, and Online Banking
- Analyze credit and financial information to make sound loan decisions
- Represent the bank through community involvement
- Supervise CSRs and Tellers while monitoring their performance, as well as providing performance reviews
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Assist with processing files and coordinate closings
- Motivate, develop, and train direct reports
Requirements:
- 3+ years of bank management experience required
- 1+ years of consumer lending experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with credit analysis and loan documentation preferred
