What you will do:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment
- Inspect and ensure proper operation of building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing)
- Complete assigned repairs and maintenance, including record-keeping
- Lead troubleshooting and repairs of systems like plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen equipment
- Guide mechanics, technicians, and contractors on projects
What you will need to be successful:
- 3+ years of building maintenance experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of projects
- Thorough knowledge of building systems operations and repair
- Relevant trade licenses – HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical
- Strong customer service orientation
