What you will do:
- Work effectively and professionally with internal team members and external client personnel
- Attend client meetings, planning commission meetings, city council meetings
- Ability to take a project from start to finish, acting as a project engineer
- Use Civil 3D Pipe Networks to design horizontal and vertical alignments for stormwater, sanitary, and water mains on-site development projects
- Perform field assessment of existing infrastructure and construction observation
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and modeling, including stormwater detention and water quality BMP design
- Assist with site grading and design
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 2+ years of experience
- Experience in paving, grading, and drainage plans
- Proven ability working within a client-facing role
- Ability to work in AutoCAD and Civil Design 3-D
