Work model:

What you will do:
- Process claims
- Field questions regarding eligibility and coverage
- Provide exceptional customer service to members
- Basic accounting, including reconciliation of monthly bank statements and funds transfers
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Ensure proper documentation and accurate records of health plans and claims
What you will need to be successful:
- Customer service experience
- Strong understanding of health insurance
- Experience with benefits administration and claims processing is preferred
- Proficient with MS Office, including Excel and Word
- Taft-Hartley experience preferred
