Work model:
- Hybrid
- Monday – Friday
- 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
What you will do:
- Consult directly with core customers via phone, chat, or email to answer questions and provide information regarding policies and coverages
- Assist Retention Specialist to ensure policyholder retention
- Continue on-the-job training by working with management and other staff members
- Build relationships with new and current customers and proactively recommend other products and services to help them do more in their business
- Enter call data into computer systems
- Work closely with prospective customers to determine coverage needs, provide accurate quotes, and assist with the application process
What you will need to be successful:
- High school degree, some college preferred
- 2+ years of related experience, preferably in insurance, customer service, or a college degree
- Requires Property and Casualty Lines license (company will provide study time and pay for the exam)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and great interpersonal skills
