Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves handling preauthorization calls and providing exceptional service to their clients. The ideal candidate will have previous contact center experience. Work model:
- Hybrid
- During Training Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM for 4-5 weeks
- After Training Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
What you will do:
- Handle incoming preauthorization calls from clients and healthcare providers
- Verify patient information and ask further follow-up questions
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding preauthorization status and requirements
- Document and update client interactions and preauthorization details in the system
- Create new cases in the system
- Follow up on open cases
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions
What you will need to be successful:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using software and systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent
