Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What you will do:
- Enter purchase orders into the system
- Oversee purchase orders from the production process through shipping
- Complete proof approvals, order acknowledgments, order status, tracking, and responding to client, sales, and vendor inquiries
- Assist clients by responding to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
- Address client concerns efficiently, ensuring satisfactory solutions
- Support business development consultants in their absence, including checking email, corresponding with clients, quoting, writing orders, etc.
- Prepare estimates and quotes
- Assist business development consultants with client reviews, process sales data, progress reports, project research, sample orders
- Assist with program pricing, implementation, and routine processing
What you will need to be successful:
- Previous experience in an office support role
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel), typing, using multiple screens
- Strong and open communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, shows initiative in teamwork
