Client Services Coordinator

Work model:

  • On-Site
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What you will do:

  • Enter purchase orders into the system
  • Oversee purchase orders from the production process through shipping
  • Complete proof approvals, order acknowledgments, order status, tracking, and responding to client, sales, and vendor inquiries
  • Assist clients by responding to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
  • Address client concerns efficiently, ensuring satisfactory solutions
  • Support business development consultants in their absence, including checking email, corresponding with clients, quoting, writing orders, etc.
  • Prepare estimates and quotes
  • Assist business development consultants with client reviews, process sales data, progress reports, project research, sample orders
  • Assist with program pricing, implementation, and routine processing

What you will need to be successful:

  • Previous experience in an office support role
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel), typing, using multiple screens
  • Strong and open communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, shows initiative in teamwork
