Palmer Group has partnered with a client who is searching for a Commercial Loan Processor. This individual will be responsible for processing Installment, Commercial, Agricultural, and Real Estate loan documents. Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
What you will do:
- Assist with tracking, filing, and organizing loan files until completion
- Manage paid loans, including sending paid loan notices, preparing satisfactions/releases, and organizing paid loan files
- Oversee Vin-Net tasks, such as handling inquiries, registrations, repo titles, issuing plates, reporting, and inventory management
- Report monthly Loan Calc/Mortgage Publisher totals to FIPCO
- Conduct check-backs and audits of GL slips for construction loans and advances
- Order reports for delinquent Real Estate Taxes
What you need to be successful:
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of experience
