What you will do:
- Set up and operate heatset web presses to meet job specifications
- Read and interpret job tickets, layouts, and artwork accurately
- Monitor press performance and adjust for color, registration, and tension
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal press operation
- Operate folders, angle bars, and auxiliary equipment for proper finishing
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years as a Lead Press Operator
- Ability to set up and operate heatset web presses safely and efficiently
- Strong understanding of color, registration, and web tension adjustments
- Experience reading and interpreting job tickets and layout specifications
- Knowledge of routine press maintenance and troubleshooting common issues
- Familiarity with folders, angle bars, and auxiliary press equipment
