What you will do:
- Lead and manage all engineering, procurement, and construction projects
- Build lasting relationships with clients
- Develop a project schedule
- Optimize utilization of project resources
- Maintain accurate and timely communication with key stakeholders
- Provide suggestions on process improvement opportunities
- Ensure safety is a top priority in each project
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s in construction management, engineering, or related degree
- 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- General contracting experience is preferred
- Must be an effective communicator
- Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, Outlook)
